These GTC apply to all contracts between MMDS Consulting Ltd. and its clients, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
MMDS Consulting Ltd. offers consulting services and, if applicable, digital services. The scope, type, and objectives of the services are defined in the individual agreement.
A contract is concluded through the written or verbal acceptance of an offer by the client.
All prices are net plus statutory VAT. Invoices are payable within 14 days without deduction unless otherwise agreed.
The client agrees to provide all information required for the fulfillment of the contract completely and in a timely manner.
MMDS Consulting Ltd. is only liable for intentional or grossly negligent breaches of duty. Liability for indirect damages is excluded.
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding confidential information.
The law of the Republic of Cyprus shall apply. The place of jurisdiction is Larnaca, unless mandatory legal provisions state otherwise.
